Duncan Whiteside is Head of Legal at MetLife Australia.
Duncan oversees the legal and company secretary functions and is responsible for providing timely advice to the board and senior management.
With a background in corporate transformational transactions including M&A and major outsourcing projects, he has a passion for leading businesses through complex regulatory reforms in the financial services industry.
Duncan has worked at life insurers and financial services firms locally, and as a solicitor in large commercial law firms both in Sydney and London.
Duncan holds a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography), a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws.
