Chief Customer and Marketing Officer

Lina was appointed Chief Customer and Marketing Officer in May 2022.

This role is pivotal to MetLife’s customer centred approach and is responsible for Customer Experience, Research and Insights, Marketing, Digital and Data.

Lina is a strong advocate for customers and her focus is to elevate the profile of the customer across all functions in MetLife to ensure the end-to-end customer experience is at the forefront of what we do.

Lina has over 20 years’ experience across customer experience and operations in the Telecommunications and Financial Services industries and prior to this appointment was the Head of Customer Experience for MetLife having joined in 2019.

With a strong track record of leadership and delivery, Lina finds purpose in delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and employees alike.
