Olivia Sarah-Le Lacheur joined MetLife Australia in January 2024 and is responsible for leading the core operations teams supporting the contact centre, underwriting, claims and governance aspects of our relationships with advisers, funds, customers and members. She has over 25 years of experience in financial services across distribution, product, pricing, operations, customer journey and transformation leadership roles. 

Olivia has a proven track record of leading teams of up to 1,000 nationally, focussing on partner and customer led growth strategies, operational excellence and customer journey transformations, delivering simpler, faster and more connected digital + human experiences. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ballarat and is a member of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors. Olivia has been a member of Zonta International for over 30 years, focussed on education, service and advocacy for women and girls. She has held office at club, district and international levels and founded a Zonta Club in Sydney 25 years ago.
