Wendy Tse

Wendy joined MetLife Australia in March 2020 as Chief of Staff and External Affairs, and more recently this role has broadened to include the Chief Strategy Officer responsibilities.

Wendy brings 20+ years’ experience in the superannuation, wealth management and life industry and is responsible for leading the business in the execution of MetLife's strategy, regulatory and government affairs and the Project Management Office.

Wendy represents the Office of the CEO for MetLife Australia, including Corporate Affairs and CSR initiatives.

Prior to joining MetLife, Wendy worked for a number of global advisory firms providing advice across strategy, insurance, competitor analysis, service provider tenders, mergers and acquisitions, employer propositions, regulatory change and risk management.

Wendy is passionate about creating practical solutions to increase member engagement and the understanding of the value of life insurance and superannuation.

Wendy holds a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from The University of Sydney, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of ASFA.
